A video appears to show a U.S. Postal Service worker striking a beloved all-white peacock named Sugar in a Pasadena, Calif., neighborhood.

The Cessna aircraft was carrying two pilots, two U.S. Army engineers and four contractors to Cape Newenham from Anchorage when it crashed near a U.S. military site, investigators said.

The agreement settles lawsuits filed by relatives of people whose remains, donated for medical research and teaching, were stolen and sold by the former manager of the school’s medical morgue.

The parent company, Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, voluntarily recalled five flavors nationwide. No injuries linked to the recalled products have been reported.

The rescued pug, who likes to dip her protruding tongue into the food bowls of everyone at home, emerged as the winner of the World’s Ugliest Dog Contest on Friday.
