A spokesman for Gov. Kelly Armstrong of North Dakota said that human remains from an old cemetery that were found near the governor’s residence would be “treated with appropriate care and respect.”
A model of a proposed 250-foot triumphal arch, to be built near Arlington National Cemetery, was on display at the Great American State Fair on the National Mall in June.
