The French government soured on a reciprocal deal that allowed the British authorities to return some migrants who crossed the English Channel illegally in small boats.
The activist, Daniel Thomas on Thursday denied causing criminal damage when he filmed himself slashing an inflatable dinghy in the English Channel that had an emergency responder on board.
