After a sprawling world tour, Praxis, a New York-based, crypto-backed “digital nation,” has signed a deal to build a physical city in Uruguay.
Construction of apartment buildings as part of the +Colonia city development in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. Praxis said it plans to build its community within +Colonia.
