The South Carolina representative’s former fiancé and two of his business associates were charged on Wednesday with sex crimes and voyeurism in connection with a 2018 incident.
The five victims in Richmond, Utah, included four minors whose ages ranged from 5 to 16, the police said. The causes of their deaths were not immediately clear.
