An outside investigation found that Mayor Kaohly Her had engaged in offensive behavior, but found no evidence that she sexually harassed colleagues. It did find that she had engaged in “offensive” behavior.
The officer, a Customs and Border Protection agent at a Chicago airport, was accused of assaulting and threatening four women, all of Chinese descent, at hotel rooms in 2022.
