A pilot, who was treated for possible rabies exposure, sued Marriott International, claiming his Denver hotel failed to offer him a new room after he woke up to a swarm of bats last year.
The bats entered the pilot’s room at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel through an opening underneath an air-conditioning unit, according to the lawsuit.
