Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s trip to Israel coincides with a summit in Qatar where Arab and Muslim countries will decide how to respond to Israel’s attack.

Israel’s airstrike Tuesday in Doha, Qatar, which hosts a major American military base, is making other U.S. allies in the Persian Gulf area nervous.  

Qatar’s prime minister, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani, said in an interview with CNN that the Israeli strike in Doha was “state terror.”
