Walmart Recalls Water Bottles After Lids ‘Forcefully Ejected’ and Impaired Vision

The lids on the 64-ounce stainless steel bottles can eject and strike consumers, two of whom reported permanent vision loss as a result, safety regulators said.

The recall covers 64-ounce Ozark Trail stainless steel insulated water bottles, which have been sold in Walmart stores across the nation since 2017.
