Missouri Asks Supreme Court to Allow Voting Map Benefiting Republicans

Missouri’s Supreme Court said a map redrawn to help Republicans could not be used in November and said voters should decide on the new boundaries.

The emergency request came after the Missouri Supreme Court said that the map used in last month’s primary election was invalid, and that voters should have had a chance to weigh in on new district lines.
