The shooting happened at an unsanctioned after-party following the Hard Summer Music Festival, which featured electronic dance music.

The police said that a gunman had shot randomly at a group that was preparing to head home to California after a bachelor party weekend. Three people died in the shooting, and three others were injured.

The gunman killed five people at Or Tor Kor market, which is popular with tourists, before dying by suicide, the authorities said.
